We process personal data that you provide voluntarily, including but not limited to:
- your name, email address, phone number, CV/resume contents, education and employment history,

Your data may be shared with our Clients (potential employers) exclusively for recruitment purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties outside the recruitment context.

Your personal data will be retained:
- for the duration of the current recruitment process and 6 months thereafter,
- or up to 2 years if you have given separate consent for future recruitment.

If our Clients are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, in line with GDPR requirements.

- access and correct your data,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- request deletion or restriction of processing,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO in Poland).
